Product Listing Policy

1. Introduction
This Product Listing Policy governs the products you may list, sell, or promote through StoreInboxed. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy. We integrate with third-party commerce platforms including WhatsApp Business, Instagram Shopping, and other Meta Commerce services, which have their own strict commerce policies.
If you list products that violate this policy, your products may be rejected by Meta platforms, your catalog access may be revoked, and your StoreInboxed account may be suspended.
2. Allowed Products
You may list products that fall into these categories:
- Physical Goods: Clothing, apparel, footwear, accessories, jewelry
- Home & Lifestyle: Furniture, home decor, kitchenware, appliances
- Electronics: Consumer electronics, gadgets, accessories
- Beauty & Personal Care: Cosmetics, skincare, haircare (non-prescription)
- Food & Beverages: Non-alcoholic food products, snacks, beverages
- Handmade & Artisan: Custom-made goods, crafts, art pieces
- Services: Consulting packages, coaching sessions, service bundles (WhatsApp only, not Instagram)
📌 Note: Instagram Shopping only allows physical products. Service-based products can only be synced to WhatsApp catalogs.
3. Prohibited Products
The following products are strictly prohibited on StoreInboxed and cannot be synced to WhatsApp, Instagram, or other Meta commerce platforms:

- Tobacco products, cigarettes, cigars
- E-cigarettes, vapes, and related accessories
- Smoking paraphernalia
Weapons & Dangerous Items
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives
- Knives marketed as weapons
- Martial arts weapons
- Hazardous materials and chemicals
Adult & Mature Content
- Adult toys and sexual wellness products
- Sexually explicit content or imagery
- Escort or dating services
Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals
- Prescription medications
- Over-the-counter drugs
- Medical devices requiring approval
- Unapproved dietary supplements
Regulated & Illegal Items
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Gambling services or equipment
- Counterfeit goods or replicas
- Stolen or illegally obtained items
Other Prohibited Items
- Animals and animal body parts
- Human body parts or fluids
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) products
- Virtual/fake currency or cryptocurrency
- Digital subscriptions (limited support)
4. Platform-Specific Restrictions
4.1 Instagram Shopping
- Physical products only. Services, consulting, and digital goods cannot be listed on Instagram Shopping.
- Requires a Facebook Business Page connection.
- Available only in supported countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU countries, Japan, Brazil, and others).
4.2 WhatsApp Business Catalog
- Supports both physical products and services.
- Available in 180+ countries (except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and sanctioned regions).
- Price display may be restricted in certain countries.
5. Compliance & Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove or reject products that violate this policy without notice.
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy.
- Report violations to Meta platforms and law enforcement if required.
- Decline to sync certain products to external platforms based on their policies.
Violations may result in loss of access to WhatsApp Commerce, Instagram Shopping, and other integrated features.
6. Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring your products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. StoreInboxed is not liable for any penalties, account suspensions, or legal actions resulting from your product listings.
