1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mango Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the StoreInboxed application and website.
2. Description of Service
StoreInboxed is a multitenant customer support and sales platform providing unified inbox capabilities, product catalog management, and payment processing integrations (collectively, the "Service").
3. User Accounts
To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use and Fair Use Policy
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service, including the content of any messages sent, complies with the policies of our third-party communication providers (including but not limited to Twilio, Telnyx, and WhatsApp).
4.1 Messaging Compliance
- You acknowledge that you are the sender of record for all messages and are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents and opt-ins from recipients.
- You abide by the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the policies of WhatsApp (Meta).
- You are responsible for A2P 10DLC registration and any associated fees or penalties if you use US 10-digit long codes.
- We strictly prohibit the use of the Service for sending unsolicited marketing messages ("spam"), phishing, or fraudulent communications.
4.2 Platform Fair Use
To ensure the stability and reliability of the Service for all users, we reserve the right to impose reasonable limits on system usage, including but not limited to API request rates, storage consumption, and message throughput. We may throttle or suspend accounts that negatively impact the Service's performance.
4.3 Prohibited Content & Products
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- List, sell, or promote products prohibited under our Product Listing Policy.
⚠️ Important: Products synced to WhatsApp and Instagram must comply with Meta Commerce Policies. Prohibited products include alcohol, tobacco, weapons, adult content, pharmaceuticals, and gambling services. See our full Product Listing Policy for details.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms, without refund.
5. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including but not limited to Twilio, Telnyx, AWS SES, and Google). If you bring your own credentials/keys ("BYOK") for these services:
- You maintain a direct contractual relationship with that third-party provider.
- You are fully responsible for all fees, compliance requirements, and liabilities associated with that third-party account.
- Mango Tech LLC disclaims all liability for any suspension, termination, or service degradation caused by your third-party provider.
6. Payment and Subscription
Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full payment credentials. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Data Ownership and Licensing
You retain all rights to the data, content, and information you upload or process through the Service ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display your User Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MANGO TECH LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
9. Disclaimer
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. MANGO TECH LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
